I at least give them credit for putting it at the top of the windshield instead of the bottom. Bottom-of-the-windshield banners are the worst.

Bottom of the windshield banners are asinine.

Top of the windshield banners can serve a purpose.
I have a blank black one on my Buick to block the sun on my morning commute where the sun visors don’t cover. It’s only supposed to go to the AS1 line on the windshield legally, but mine is an inch or so below that and no cop has cared.
